Challenge: Number of pre-orders BMW Sydney was getting on their website was significantly lesser than on Mobile. Also, it causes a lot of manual work and difficulty in keeping track of orders.
They wanted to increase organic traffic and improve the pre-order registration on website.
Solution: We installed a heatmap tool to analyze user behavior on website to optimize the site by redesigning the landing page and IA. We made it easier for the audience to navigate.
We worked on tracking and tagged the site correctly to capture segments for analysis. We also worked on content, keywords and more to increase the ranking for e-cars in Sydney.
Pre-orders from the website increased by 45% compared to the previous year. Ranked #1 for 'e-car in Sydney'.
